Welcome to the Charlton Garden Club, a community organization that has been in existence since 1937. Our mission: To create interest in gardening in all its branches, and encourage the beautification of home and community.

We always look forward to welcoming new members and having you become active on one of our many interesting committees. What better way to meet your fellow members and enjoy the fellowship that this club offers!

As a member of the Charlton Garden Club, you are invited to participate in the monthly programs offered by the Program Committee and occasional trips to exciting botanical destinations around New England. We hold an annual plant sale in June and a Flower Show each Labor Day in conjunction with the Charlton "Old Home Day" celebration.

Every year we plant annuals around the Morton Monument on the Common. We have done plantings at the Elementary, Middle and Heritage Schools. We have also donated trees to the town’s churches, planted at the Rider Tavern and planted bulbs at the Police Station, besides planting around the boardwalk at Capen Hill where we also were delighted to plant a butterfly garden.
